How to go to Quy Nhon?
Planes
At the moment, from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city there are some airlines such as Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar, Vietjet Air… are operating flights to Phu Cat airport, where is about 30 km from Quy Nhon city. Every day, there are two daily flights from Ho Chi Minh City and one flight from Hanoi. The ticket price fluctuates from 470,000 VND – 2,000,000 VND. Travel time is 60 minutes.
From Phu Cat Airport, you can transfer to Quy Nhon by airport shuttle bus (the bus station in city center is at 1 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street), transferring time is 50 minutes and it cost 50,000 VND / ticket. You can take a taxi cost about 400,000 VND. In order to save money, you can share taxi with other passenger and share the fare.

Train
From Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Quy Nhon – BinhDinh, every day there are many North-South trains running through the territory of BinhDinh province and stop at Dieu Tri station. Therefore, you can choose the train in your journey to BinhDinh land. For convenience, you can contact the train ticket office where you are living to get the exact train schedule.
From Ho Chi Minh City, you take about 10 hours to Dieu Tri station, and from Dieu Tri you take a taxi to Quy Nhon about 30 minutes more, taxi charges about 200,000 VND + train fare is from 500,000 VND to 800,000 VND depending on the type of ticket you buy. From Dieu Tri, to save money, you can also share a taxi with other passengers to the city center.

Transportation inside Quy Nhon
For moving inside Quy Nhon city center, you can go by bus or rent a motorbike. Like other cities in Vietnam, you can rent a motorbike in Quy Nhon for price of 100,000 VND – 120,000 VND / day. In order to rent a motorbike, you have to mortgage an ID card and deposit a refundable amount of 500,000 VND.

Two-star hotels and guesthouses in Quy Nhon City are priced at between 200,000 VND – 500,000 VND for a double room. If you want to be close to the sea, you should stay in hotels or resorts at the end of Nguyen Hue Street, double room price from 800,000 VND to about 1,000,000 VND. “Crescent” Quy Nhon beach
Located right next to the city center, Quy Nhon’s main beach is bent as the shape of the crescent moon with a sandy beach stretching 5 km from Tan headland to Ghenh Rang, Quy Nhon.

Eo Gio (Wind Strait)
Situated in the Nhon Ly commune, about 20 km from Quy Nhon city, EoGio is a new tourist destination that visitors want to visit. The name EoGio comes from the geographic shape of this area, standing on top of the cliffs looking downwards you will see a small strait covered by mountains embraced beautiful beach.

Ky Co beach
Located about 25 km from Quy Nhon city, Ky Co beach in Nhon Ly island commune has a wild beauty that is less known. This is considered as “the heaven” of Nhon Ly by Ky Co beach is shallow waters with an area of over 1 km² and calm sea. The beach is a wonderful combination of blue sea, magnificent rocky cliffs and pristine golden sand.

Ky Co is located in Xuong Ly, on the east side of Trieu Chau Mountains. Because one side faces to the sea, the other three sides are mountains so there are only two ways to come here. From Xuong Ly village (or Hung Luong), you can take a boat or canoe for only 20 – 30 minutes, you will experience the feeling of flying on the waves. If you travelon the road, start from Suoi Ca Bridge along the slope of Trieu Chau Mountain to the south.
Hon Kho
Located about 16 km from Quy Nhon, Hon Kho Island is a giant wall covering the fishing village of Nhon Hai. During the rough sea season, Hon Kho welcomes large waves with white foam that look like magic flowers. In calm sea season, Hon Kho attracts tourists with the smooth green grass and fresh water stream from the cliff.

Cu Lao Xanh
Cu Lao Xanh is also known as Nhon Chau island commune – an invaluable gift that nature has given to the people of Quy Nhon, just over 20 km away city center. Tourists will be immersed in an endless space of blue sky and green island. At sunset, visitors will be able to see the picturesque scenery with the boats swaying on the waves, learn about the life of the fishermen in peaceful scenery. To come to Cu Lao Xanh, you go to Quy Nhon port and find Nhon Chau boat. One day there are two trips: 7:30 am and 12:30. Boat ticket is 20,000 VND per person.

Trung Luong Camping Area
It is about 30 km from Quy Nhon City; Trung Luong Camping Area is located on the east of 639 Provincial Road in Trung Luong village, Cat Tien commune, Phu Cat district. Trung Luong Park has just been put into operation in early 2016. It will certainly make your journey to discover BinhDinh more attractive and interesting. Because this area is still wild and quiet, so camping-style travel will be extremely smart choice for you to feel the most beauty here.

Han Mac Tu poetry garden
Start from Doc Da slope also known as Mong Cam slope in Ghenh Rang tourist site, you walk along the winding stone road, watching the natural scenery here. Going up the slope to visit the grave of Han Mac Tu, you will see the poems written on the large rocks with green space and clear poplar forest campus.

Thap Doi (Twin Towers)
Twin towers are located on Tran Huong Dao Street, Dong Da ward, Quy Nhon city. This tower was built in the late twelfth century, filled in Champa architecture, including two towers, the north tower is 20 m high and the south tower is 18 m high. Experiencing many events of the time, the tower was devastated and damaged. In 2008, the tower was invested and repaired according to the original shape and architecture. Today, the tower is an attractive tourist attraction of BinhDinh Province.

Ghenh Rang
The fresh air and beautiful scenery here have been chosen by King Bao Dai as a vacation place since 1927. At the foot of Ghenh Rang, there is a unique beach with countless pebbles polished by the sea waves. This beach served for Queen Nam Phuong so people called Hoang Hau (Queen) beach. From the hillside, you can see the entire east of Quy Nhon city as a watercolor painting. Ghenh Rang Tourist Area is located at No. 3 Han Mac Tu Street.

Hon Seo island
This is a small island located in the southeast of Nhon Ly commune; about 5 km from the mainland, by boat or canoe will take about 20 – 30 minutes. Here, the beaches are round pebbles (no sand) formed by the erosion of cliffs, so water is deep with the coral reefs, suitable for exploring the sea floor, catching all kinds of snail, abalone or fishing.
In Hon Seo there are many beautiful arches made by cliffs and cave. However, the anchorage of boats here is difficult due to the coral reefs and deep water, moving from boat to shore is quite hard.

Thi Nai Bridge
This is the longest bridge across the sea in Vietnam, located in the system of Nhon Hoi road, 7 km long connecting Quy Nhon city with Phuong Mai peninsula. This great project was built in 4 years and completed in 2006. The bridge includes the main bridge over ThiNai Lagoon and five small bridges across Ha Thanh River. ThiNai Lagoon is also a destination for peaceful landscapes.
Phuong Mai sand dunes
It is 20 km far from the center of Quy Nhon city, right at Nhon Ly beach. Phuong Mai sand dunes in Nhon Ly commune is considered as an interesting tourist destination in the potential development period. The first feeling when setting feet on the peninsula Phuong Mai, tourists are attracted by the wild and charming beauty. Walking on the sandy hills 100 m above sea level, visitors have a view over nature here. Fried fish cake here is made entirely from fresh fish with spicy. Thick noodle is made of rice flour mixed with wheat flour, when cooking has a toughness and limpidity. Vietnamese crepe with fresh shrimp
A popular street dish, Vietnamese crepes are made from rice flour with a bit of turmeric and coconut milk. The kernel consists of small and fresh shrimp. The plate of Vietnamese crepe served with the yellow color of the turmeric, the white color of bean sprouts, the red color of shrimp and the green color of the vegetables blended into a beautiful dish.

Fine rice vermicelli and pig’s tripes porridge
Welcome to Binh Dinh specialties, visitors to Quy Nhon will see many signs of fine rice vermicelli and pig’s tripes porridge. Actually fine rice vermicelli and pig’s tripes porridge are two different dishes but people combined together to create an interesting dish. Fine rice vermicelli is a variation of fresh rice noodle. The porridge is cooked quite washy, with boiling blood stew with the bone and pig’s heart. Porridge is sweet and fragrant, eat together with viscera of pigs are processed skillfully made this dish is wonderful.

Fermented pork rolls
Fermented pork rolls are delicious because of the processing and the main material is fresh meat from free-range pig. Jellyfish salad
Tai jellyfish salad and chan jelly salad are two popular dishes that many visitors to BinhDinh like. Tai jellyfish salad is made from jellyfish and then mixed with spices, peanuts, green bananas, sliced bitter melon, green mango, other herbs such as basil andlaksa leaves. Makechan jellyfish salad is more difficult because it must be mixed with chicken or sliced pork with chili, minced mango, roasted peanuts and some other herbs. Banh Beo – Water fern cake
To make water fern cake, people choose good rice, shrimp and meat. Banh Beo is well known as a special dish in Central Vietnam, so whether you travel to Hue, Da Nang or Quy Nhon, you can enjoy this cake.
