It is located deeply in the most remote areas of Vietnam, where scientists told about in National Geographic famous magazine “There isn’t in anywhere over the world.” That is Son Doong cave – the largest cave of the world in Quang Binh.

A special tour
The tour of conquering cave is applied for global travelers in 2015 with business license from Provincial People’s Committee of Quang Binh, and its price is $ 3,000 per one guest. In order to join this professional tour, you not only have to ensure your good financial but also good and endurable health to cope with experiences which will push you to limits.

The journey to Son Doong cave
The first day, your local guide will pick you up from Dong Hoi city, transfer to Phong Nha for hearing experts talking about rules of safety, environmental protection, how to use equipment during the tour.
The second day, tourists have to answer expert’s questions which is related to their health. If you meet these stringent checks, you are given safety equipment to use in the tour. The bus take you to starting point on Ho Chi Minh trail in the west, then you with get in the journey of hiking from there to Doong village of 4km long.
At the end of slope in forest, tourists stop at minority people village for lunch. Then itinerary is continue of wading streams, hiking in jungle to En cave, 5km long of the route. In the late afternoon, experts guide everybody camping on the sand in En cave. Stay overnight.




Inside the biggest cave of the world
After breakfast, tourists will discovery En cave along walkways which have been examined before, stop at nice points to watch and take pictures. Continue to walk 2km to Son Doong cave, get climbing equipment, helmet, safety belt and other equipment to go down the cave, there is a depth of 80m from the cave top to the cave bottom, use rock climbing clips and ropes for slippery steep cliffs.
Tourists must cross streams and waterfalls in the cave to main area of the cave, admiring sunlight from the sinkhole 1 (Doline1). Having dinner and stay overnight in small tents was erected here.
The day after that, leave the campsite, pass through the sinkhole 1 (doline 1) watch “Dinosaur area”, experience special weather system changes constantly in every 10-15 minutes at doline 1 of Son Doong cave.
Scroll through “The Garden of Eden”. In the afternoon, boating (on the water) or walking to the bottom of “Vietnam wall”, stay overnight at the 2nd campsites near “The Garden of Eden”.
Continuing a day in this wonderful cave, you will be observed “The Garden of Eden” in the early morning, move back to doline 1 to see fossil corals has nearly 300 million years of age. Move out of the cave entrance and return to En cave. Having dinner, camping and staying overnight in En cave.
The last day, walking from Hang En, overcome many streams and “Ba Gian” slope to Ho Chi Minh Trail, bus pick up and transfer back to Phong Nha.
