Motorbike or Car
The route 1: You go along National Highway 1, passing Dong Nai Bridge, you will meet a traffic roundabout (Vung Tau crossroads, formerly called Vung Tau fork), and from here you turn right along National Highway 51. Go further About 100 km is Vung Tau City.
The route 2: From Ho Chi Minh City, you can choose the route from Cat Lai ferry (District 2, Ho Chi Minh City) to Nhon Trach (Dong Nai). This road section will lead to National Highway 5, section of gate to Nhon Trach Industrial Zone. This road is closer than about 20 km.
In addition, for tourists who drive their own cars, it is possible to choose the route to Vung Tau via Long Thanh – Dong Nai highway, which will help shorten the distance to Vung Tau with only about 2 – 2.5 hours.

Famous tourist attractions in Vung Tau
Bai Sau Beach

The giant statue of Jesus
The statue of Jesus spreads his arms and stands on the top of Vung Tau’s Nho Mountain, built in 1974. The statue is 32 meters high, arm span 18.3 meters long on a height of 170 meters overlooking the sea. Inside statue, there is a staircase of 133 steps up to 2 hands of the statue. The statue can be thought of as a similar version of a statue of Jesus in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

White Palace
In 1898, Governor-General of Indochina Paul Doumer built the White Palace (Villa Blanche) on the fortress of Phuoc Thang, which once fired at the French warship nearly 50 years ago.

Linh Son Co Tu

Vung Tau Lighthouse

Than Thang Tam Temple Festival
Every year the festival is held for 4 days, from 17-20 February lunar calendars. This is a festival to pray for peace, at the end of the time and the beginning of a harvest season for shrimp and fish.
